Meet Meghan, the Founder of ADHD at WORK.

I developed ADHD at WORK, determined to ensure that every woman with this unique neurological wiring is empowered to thrive at work and in life.

Discovering that I have ADHD was a profound turning point.

My entire perspective on life underwent a remarkable transformation when I received the diagnosis. Everything changed. Years of bewilderment, roadblocks, and lingering uncertainties suddenly made sense.

I eventually started reshaping my understanding of my identity, life’s purpose, and career.

As I delved deeper into this expedition of self-discovery, I uncovered hidden strengths and untapped talents. I began to embrace my ADHD, harnessing it as a force for innovation and personal expression.

The insurmountable barriers that once held me back began to crumble, break, and shatter.

Driven by this newfound freedom, clarity, and resilience, I embarked on a mission to support individuals with ADHD.
