What to Expect

Initial Call

We arrange a phone call or virtual conversation to kickstart the process. This allows you to ask questions and gain insights into the coaching process. Together, we determine if we're a perfect fit, and can effectively collaborate. It's an opportunity for us to establish a connection and get acquainted.

First Session

The coaching process commences by completing an intake form. You can complete it at home, or we can fill it out together during our first coaching session. We will discuss the outcomes of your intake form, where you will outline and refine your personal goals, and we will explore the subsequent actions to be taken. If you are interested, you will have the chance to receive an evaluation of your executive functions, strengths, and weaknesses.

Ongoing Sessions

We will have regular meetings once a week or every two weeks. During these sessions, my goal is to assist you in gaining a more profound understanding of your ADHD and increasing your self-awareness. Working together, we will develop strategies and systems to help you progress toward achieving your personal definition of success.
